“Named after the wayside cross that stands at 946 metres (3100 feet) above sea level on the summit of Mont Sainte-Victoire, this top cuvée from Château Gassier is a selection of the best parcels. It is as serious as any rosé can get, rich and packed with red fruits as well as a light tannic structure. The aftertaste, ripe and fruity, suggests the wine needs to age.”
