“A sensational white from this estate, the 2011 Aliot Blanc checks in as a blend of 65% Roussanne, 30% Grenache Blanc and the balance 5% Marsanne. It offers classic notes of poached pears, pineapple and white flowers as well as medium-bodied richness, a core of sweet fruit, beautiful freshness and a great finish that keeps you (or me, anyways) coming back to glass. Still fresh and lively, and I followed this bottle for two days, it should continue to drink beautifully for another 2-3 years at a minimum.”
