“The Bergström Vineyard faces due south offering plenty of sunlight and the resulting ripeness is clear in the wine. Dark fruited concentration shows itself in the aromatics, as black plums, savoury dried herbs and a peppery spice make a showing. The palate is concentrated with dark fruits, as spiced black plums and muddled blackberries are set against savoury mountain scrub and dried lavender potpourri.”
