Blanc de Blancs, North Coast – 2010 – 91.3 points – Ken’s Wine Guide

“This pale yellow colored sparkler showed well for the panel. It does open with a faint apple and lemon like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, bubbly and balanced. The flavor profile is a mild apple with notes of citrus throughout. Grapefruit, key lime, and orange all were mentioned. The finish is dry and its flavors stick around for a while. Many of the panel members felt this was a good summer option.”
