“There is plenty of yeast character to the densely fruited and mildly exotic white and yellow orchard fruit, citrus and floral scents. Like the nose there is fine density to the decidedly rich and relatively full-bodied flavors that coat the palate with dry extract and I particularly like the complexity of the finish that is clean and dry without being austere.
