There is plenty of yeast character to the strawberry, raspberry and soft citrus-nuanced nose that precedes delicious, clean and relatively dry flavors that are supported by a moderately firm effervescence on the solidly complex finish. This is really quite good as I very much like the complexity and it is drier (though not bone dry) than most US sparkling rosés…”
