Sourced in Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Villers-Marmery and Trépail and filled into white bottles, the bright, citrus-colored NV Grand Blanc de Blancs Brut is pure, fresh and precise on the nose that is reminiscent of a noble perfume, with citrus notes over crushed rocks and rising dough. Highly finessed and elegant on the palate, this is a full-bodied yet light and terribly fresh cuvée with a gorgeously lush and chalky texture and persistent structure. This is great, exciting Champagne with great complexity, finesse and freshness. Highly stimulating. A great aperitif and wine with fish and seafood.
