“This vineyard sits above Mate’s Vineyard and has a combination of ripeness with vibrant acid-fuelled energy. The nose heads into some quite exotic territory, showing fine limes and lemon zest, floral and perfumed ethereal aromas and some richer orange fruits. The palate’s succulent and curvaceous; it really offers fleshy impact on first sip and then whips into a taut, long finish. Clever wine from a great site.”
