A medium straw color, the 2021 Coteaux Champenois Blanc is toasty and savory, with oak-inflected aromas and distinctly savory notes of Meyer lemon, toasted almond, yellow apples, and saline. Medium-bodied and mouthwatering, it’s spritely, tangy, and more bright and linear on the palate, with a savory application. People may rush to open this, but it deserves time to integrate and show its best. Drink 2025-2035.”
