“The 2016 Pouilly-Fuissé En Bertillonne is a bit more structured and also a bit more marked by wood than the domaine’s regular Pouilly-Fuissé, but it’s also very appealing, offering up notes of peaches, beeswax and honeysuckle. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied, bright and nicely concentrated, with some mid-palate creaminess that reflects its more ambitious élevage.”
