“Quite deeply colored for a rosé. An elegant nose reflects mostly red berry fruit scents that include strawberry, cherry and raspberry that are trimmed in discreet yeast and citrus nuances. There is good complexity to the relatively refined flavors that are supported by a firm effervescence on the moderately persistent finish. This isn’t quite as dry as I personally prefer but it is certainly attractive.”
