It’s lifted and finessed, with saline mineral tones up front that introduce its core of dark wild berry fruit, gaining a pretty inner sweetness over time. The 2022 firms up through the finale, leaving a coating of fine-grained tannins as a pleasantly bitter twang of tart blackberries slowly fades. Patience will be required to tame this savory beast.”
