“Fresh aromas of lemon peel, acacia flowers and spice are complemented by a crisp, refreshing acidity and a pleasantly silky texture. This wine is ‘the favourite child,’ according to Brice de La Morandière. The grapes are from a north-facing site located 80m above the village on red, flinty soils, that delivers crisp acidity even in a hot year. Matured in large foudres and concrete.”
