“(like the Meursault, this was bottled in mid-May): Pale, green-tinged yellow. Reticent but pure aromas of lemon peel, mirabelle, orange flower and stone. Supple, lush and pure, with a fine grain to the flavors of white peach and spices. Finishes dry and long, with enough acidity to maintain its shape. Will this close down in bottle or will it always be delicious?”
