“Slightly high-toned aromas of orange blossom, lemon and white flowers. Juicy, intense and youthfully taut, showing a lovely balance of sweetness and acidity to its flavors of citrus fruit, jasmine and honeysuckle. This very firm, penetrating wine is more about high notes than earth. Finishes pure and long, with a firm mineral edge that will require substantial cellaring. Wonderfully gripping for the vintage, and clearly picked on the early side.”
