“The 2020 Salmos is 55% Cariñena and 45% Garnatxa, sourced from Porrera in Priorat. Aged for 14 months in oak foudres and barrels (20% new), this garnet wine offers aromas of rosemary, dried flowers, sour cherry and sunburned fruit. Dry and juicy, the fairly structured palate soars over the tongue with a faintly taut mouthfeel. This is an enticing Priorat red.”
