Full golden-yellow with amber highlights. Pungent aromas of raisin, fig, honey and flowers, accented by a note of caramel banana. Suave and sweet but with good juiciness to the tropical fruit, almond, hazelnut and toffee flavors. Finishes tactile, brisk and long. A fresh, higher-acid, less-sweet style of Vin Santo that will have many admirers.
