Tasting Notes
-
Straw yellow color with a greenish shimmer. Intense aroma, rich with notes of flowers and fruity with hints of citrus. Good structure and acidity with mineral undertones. Besides being a pleasant aperitif, its full flavor pairs well with refined meat and fish appetizers, crudités, aromati pasta or rice dishes, grilled white meat or fish. Serve chilled at a temperature of approximately 8-10°C.
