  • Introduction

    • Our Brut Rosé is flavorful, complex and dry, making it both versatile with food and delicious by itself as an aperitif. Each fall we select base wines with the right concentration, balance, and length to create this unique sparkling wine. The character of this wine is most strongly influenced by the elegance of Pinot Noir, but small amounts of Chardonnay add spice, structure and length on the palate.

  • Tasting Notes

    • Just-ripened strawberry and cherry aromas jump out of the glass. The bright fruit character is enriched with notes of freshly baked dough, vanilla and spiced “gum-drops.” Pinot Noirs from the Corby Ranch in the Anderson Valley and the Jones and Ricci Vineyards in the Carneros region form the blend’s Pinot Noir core while Jones Bayview Chardonnay lends crispness and length to the palate. As lively and zesty as any Rosé we have produced, a certain creaminess and depth of flavor keeps it in delicious balance.
