Davies, a full-bodied, rich, textured, ripe mountain Cabernet that has sweet tannin, plenty of fat and opulence, and outstanding length. It has the classic Diamond Mountain richness paired with savoriness, and I’d certainly be thrilled to drink a bottle.”
