‘”The 2020 Chenin Blanc is rich, full and concentrated with very ripe flavors of peach and tropical-like fruit including mango meeting well-integrated vanilla and oak-derived flavors. The wine’s fullness and supple texture as well as rounded shoulders have been shaped by fermentation in barrel as well as 12 months resting on lees. But it isn’t blowsy, while maintaining focus. There is a little niggle in that the alcohol (14.5%) gives a warming sensation, somewhat kicking out the balance and clipping the finish, otherwise the score would be higher. An ambitious, carefully made wine”
