    • Grape varieties are harvested separately when fully ripened

  • Vinification

    • Soft press of whole grapes followed by racking and fermentation in temperature- controlled stainless-steel vats. The  wines are blended after fermentation and aged on the lees for at least 7 months. At 11 months after harvest, the wine is bottled.

  • Tasting Notes

    • Straw yellow color; elegant and refined on the nose with hints of Golden Delicious apple and ripe fruit; velvety sensations on the palate. Pair with appetizers, soups and broths, egg and fish dishes.
