The two wines we tasted were:

2015 Arnaldo Caprai Colli Martani Grecante Grechetto DOC
–Three months on the lees, aged in stainless steel, this mineral-driven, medium bodied white is luscious and hefty.

2010 Arnaldo Caprai Collepiano Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG
–Deep rich red in color, this full bodied wine is persistent with red fruits and anise, ginger and coffee and cacao.
