“Gorgeous, with chamomile tea, tarragon and verbena notes leading the way for a richly layered core of candied grapefruit peel, white peach and green melon flavors. Just as you think it’s all upfront lushness, a great stony spine takes over on the finish, along with a bitter lemon hint, giving this additional zip and clarity. Belies its age and should cellar well.”
