“This starts seemingly simple, an elegant chardonnay with tart apple flavors and mild richness. As the wine takes on air, the texture grows increasingly silken while complexities emerge in the bosky, fresh pear skin and subtle earth flavor. There’s nothing obvious about it, except that it has a long evolution in bottle ahead.”
