“The estate’s 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon Prelius emerges from the glass with generous dark fruit, grilled herbs and spices. The Prelius is an especially plump Cabernet Sauvignon from Maremma. There isn’t a ton of varietal character in the glass, but the wine’s overall balance and sense of proportion are terrific.”
