Cabernet Sauvignon Route 29, Napa Valley – 2008 – 88 points – The Wine Advocate
88 points
“Deeper, richer and more complex, the 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Bordeaux varietals such as Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec. It offers cedary black currant notes intertwined with hints of cherries and loamy soil, lush tannins, medium to full body and rich fruit. It should drink nicely for a minimum of 4-5 years.”
