“Still fresh at four years of age, this wine is produced from vineyards with higher yields than the estate chardonnay, fermented in a mix of barrels (one third) and stainless steel without added yeast. It has developed warm spice tones and the toasted malt savor of oak and lees, while the acidity keeps the wine focused. Ready to serve with bay scallops in cream.”
