“Hungarian Tokaji is famous for its incredible sweet wines, made primarily from the Furmint variety. This bone dry style is also made from Furmint, but is a completely different proposition. Waxy green apple, hazelnut and sweet spice aromas lead into a palate of baked apple and background notes of cream. There is an incredibly refreshing, almost tart, acidity and delightful pink grapefruit notes on the finish.”
