‘“I appreciate the mineralite on the nose considering the warmth of that year’s summer. There are touches of wet pavement and flint percolating through the subtle tropical-tinged scents. The palate is well balanced with an attractive waxy texture, delineated with a bit of spice perking up on the finish. There’s a twist of sour lemon on the aftertaste. This is delicious. ”
