“Pale straw-green. Almost pungent mineral nuances on the clean, very fresh floral nose. The bright and clean, with an almost austere quality to the stony flavors of orchard fruit and crystallized ginger. Finishes with peppery acidity and outstanding length. This wine features sneaky concentration and complexity, but I doubt that, if tasted blind, would remind anyone of a Prosecco or a Cartizze. Only 0.5 g/l residual sugar.”
