“60% Grenache, 35% Syrah, 5% Cinsault. Fine partridge-eye pink. Fragrant with Victoria plum fruit and a touch of blossom. Then wonderfully dry and firm on the palate, the tannins giving it a light but welcome structure. Both appetising and refreshing, and long with a grip on the finish boding well for the table.”
