“The 2000 Vin Santo, a deep amber, presents slightly oxidized notes of honey, roasted nuts, toffee, dried roses and candied orange peel. Medium in body, it offers excellent length and a long, clean finish. …it will offer much pleasure now and over the next decade. Made from a blend of Trebbiano and Malvasia. Anticipated maturity: 2007-2017.”
