"Deep, glistening amber-pink in the glass, the 2023 Rosé Les Commandeurs is expressive and especially pretty, with an engaging bouquet of ripe pear, honeysuckle, baked apple and sweet spices. Well-proportioned, it strikes a fine balance of suppleness, juiciness and grip, propped up against a backdrop of typical Provençal salinity. All this is missing is some depth through the mid-palate—it's just a little ethereal. A pleasant vanilla nuance shows up right at the tail end, rendering this a little creamier than expected. Lovely. This is a fine effort."

"The 2023 Rosé Le Clos Peyrassol is gorgeously floral—a wine built much more on aromatic expression and complexity than concentration of flavors. The bouquet evokes a walk through a rose garden in the throes of spring, punctuated by the occasional pop of fresh, just-ripe apricot, pineapple and deep overtones of stemmy herbs and sweet baking spices. Focused, pure and delicate, this is a supremely elegant edition of Le Clos, if a bit introspective. There's a discernible blossom honey note on the close that I find so engaging, wrapping things up with just a touch of inner sweetness."

"Pouring a light orange-yellow in the glass, the 2023 Rosé Chateau Peyrassol is zippy, bright and extremely floral, sprinting out of the gate with well-formed notes of tangerine, ripe cherry, strawberry and freshly cut roses. In fact, you could convince me that there's actual rosewater in the bottle (I jest, of course). Deeply mineral and notably broad, it manages to remain light on its feet, balancing its citrusy zing with a hint of waxiness on the finish and repeating that floral note into the sunset."

"The 2021 Chardonnay Ritchie Vineyard is a very pretty, understated wine. Crushed rocks, flowers, mint and white pepper give the Ritchie gorgeous aromatic presence. This is the most ethereal, delicate Chardonnay in the range. I would prefer to see a bit more flesh in the mid-palate."

"The 2021 Chardonnay Banfield Vineyard is a classy, elegant wine. Floral aromatics meld into a core of silky fruit in a Chardonnay that is all finesse. Time in the glass brings out hints of lemon confit, white flowers, slate and white pepper, but it is the wine's sensual texture that is most alluring. This is a sublime Chardonnay from Arista."

"The 2021 Chardonnay U.V. - El Diablo Vineyard is one of the more potent Chardonnays in the range, although like all the wines here, it is a bit less overt than in the past. Lemon confit, marzipan, tangerine oil, coconut and a kiss of French oak build in the glass. The El Diablo is a Chardonnay of weight and textural richness."

"A burst of white smoke gives way to chamomile and peach skins as the nuanced 2023 Rosé Le Petit Renard evolves in the glass. This is generous and ripe in style yet beautifully balanced, with a core of juicy acidity that energizes notes of tart green melon and lime. The 2023 cleans up beautifully, zesty and fresh, leaving hints of candied citrus that play a sweet-and-sour act through the finish. This lovely Grenache Rosé is a pleasure to taste."
