“The 2022 Vistamare has a medium straw hue and is expressive and resinous with aromas of candle wax and tropical fruit as well as notes of melon, white grapefruit, and fresh chive. It has good texture and concentration, with lovely focus, and never feels blowsy or overblown. It is an impressive vintage for the Vistamare, with lovely salinity on the finish. 15% Fiano."

It won't be the most powerful red, but it offers a lot of finesse.”

Medium to full-bodied, with a bit of white pepper spice, it has a fresher, more linear drive at this stage that should round and flesh out over time.”

It’s going to need a few years to improve and show its best, but this is a remarkable wine from this stunning vintage."
