"Time in bottle has softened the edges of this late-release red, with plush tannins gently supporting dried plum, lavender, herbs and incense. Mostly silky in feel, with a tug of chewy mocha, earth, tobacco and savory tones. Black licorice and anise play out on the long finish, grounded by salt and iron. Grenache and Syrah. Drink now through 2029. 312 cases made, 62 cases imported."
