2018
"Dried jasmine tea, fragrant vanilla, citrus peel and yellow fruits on the nose. Sourced from the crescent moon-shaped site with black volcanic topsoil, the Betsek 2018 is more mineral and restrained compared to the producer's other single-vineyard offerings. On the palate, the limpid acidity serves as the backbone, seasoned with ginger spices. Citrus zest and dried apricot lead to roasted nuts on the finish."
