Vintage Report
-
The 2019 vintage in the South of France was out of the ordinary. The weather was very hot throughout the year and the lack of water was very significant during both Spring and Summer. However, the grapes which were perfectly healthy at the harvest time, showed a nice acidity during the maturation process. The 2019 wines are very well balanced with very nice color and hue.
- Harvest Date(s): End of September
