  • Introduction

    • The Cramant Grand Cru, located within the Côte des Blancs in Champagne, is located south-southeast of the town of Épernay. • Tasting Notes

    • A beautiful and intense color. A bit shy initially on the nose, with a lot of purity, a nice reduction with mandarin nuance, and candied lemon.

On the palate, great energetic harmony and texture, prolonged by the lees aging for six years in the cellar. Notes of lemon zest, a hint of mandarin, orange blossom, brioche, and zested meringue, along with the pillowy chalk that is the signature of Cote de Blancs Grand Cru.

This cuvée benefits from the richness and generosity of the 2015 vintage, as well as the distinct terroir of Cramant and its elevation. Elegance underlined by an intense crumbly chalk at the end. A full maturity for this 2015, with the distinct freshness of this historic Grand Cru.
