    • The grapes are harvested within a radius of 30 km around the estate and come exclusively from the magnificent terroirs and appellations of the southern Rhône Valley: AOC Côtes-du-Rhône, AOC Côtes-du-Rhône villages, AOC Ventoux.     • The 2021 Vintage was once again characterized by a very mild winter, provoking an early bud break which proved to have serious consequences. On April 7th a terrible frost hit France. Losses were considerable, but thankfully our soft pruning techniques, late pruning, plus application of Valerian, limited the damage. The summer was hot though not excessively so, and with cool nights. A few rain showers punctuated the season, leading to very promising maturity levels. Harvesting took place between September 7th and October 8th and was marked by scattered storms. The grapes arrived to the cellar with optimum maturity and showed very healthy, topquality grapes thanks to our vineyard practices throughout the growing season.

  • Vinification

    • It all starts with a careful selection of the grapes. In the cellar, only the first juices, elegant and aromatic, are kept. Then comes the vinification: respect of the astral calendar, slow fermentation at controlled temperature, and a rest in bottle.
