Le Rosé
The award-winning direct press Rosé is made in full respect of Nature, eschewing commonly-used chemical additives and fining agents. Its rich texture, welcome complexity, surprisingly long finish and aging capability indicate a serious food rosé, which appeals to oenophiles and gastronomes, as well as traditional rosé consumers.
The Grenache noir is over 60 years old, North-West facing at 530m, and the Mourvèdre is 8 to 10 years old, South-West facing at 540m, while the Syrah is 20 to 25 years old, South West facing at 550m. The vines are all planted in clay and limestone soils in the Vaucluse.

The wine is a clear, pale pink with silver reflections. It has a delicate yet expressive aroma of firm white fruits and rose. The taste is well-balanced, both round and fresh, with flavors of fruit, pomegranate, white core/seed fruit and a hint of floral notes. It finishes with a pleasant, lasting minerality

2022
"The 2022 Rosé Vaucluse is pale pink with orange hues in the glass. The bouquet slowly forms, showing savory herbs, crushed stone and tomato leaf. Further coaxing brings forward young peach and lemon oils. This envelops the palate with ripe pit fruits and sweet spice hints. A crunchy sensation appears as saline minerals collect toward the close. The 2022 finishes perfumed and light on its feet. Ripe melon notes bring the taster back to the glass."
