    • Appearance: Pale pink, lychee color, clear with bright tints

Nose: Rich and intense. Citrus notes and complex aromatics of small red fruits and redcurrant

Balanced, fleshy and crisp, with aromatic consistency between the nose and palate

Serving Suggestions: Ideal with seafood and shellfish but also pairs perfecty with lightly spiced dishes, Mediterranean and North African cuisine, summer salads and grilled dishes. Serve lightly chilled at 10-12°C.

At times, if exposed to very cold temperatures, it can develop tartrate ‘crystals’, which are completely natural and harmless and do not affect the quality or the taste of the wine
