"A distinctive version, with green apple saltwater taffy and fresh agave notes anchored by the chalky spine of minerals and apple-skin acidity pulsing through. Fresh hay and brine elements wash over the medium-weight palate, marked by a waft of smoke and a buttered caramel accent. An outlier style, this is a slightly natural-leaning but still complex and intriguing expression of Chenin Blanc."
