Meursault 1er Cru sous le Dos d’Âne – 2009 – 94 points – Wine Enthusiast
"Rich and rounded, packed with yellow fruits and pineapple flavors, this is a warm, opulent wine, combining toast and fruit. True, there is some minerality, but this Meursault revels in its ripe fruit and generosity."

Meursault 1er Cru sous le Dos d’Âne – 2009 – 93 points, A Year’s Best White Burgundy – Wine & Spirits
"It’s an elegant wine on a grand scale, with the fresh juiciness of nectarine and the woodsy notes of pear skin. Check on this six to eight years from the vintage, as a partner for crab or langoustines.”

Meursault 1er Cru sous le Dos d’Âne – 2009 – (89-92) points – Burghound.com
“This elegant and cool effort sports a completely different nose with more roasted nut and citrus influence to the ripe orchard fruit aromas that introduce mineral-inflected and vibrant middle weight flavors that also possess fine balance and plenty of underlying tension. Excellent.”
