Feudo Montoni
Perricone Core Sicilia DOC
Core is the name of the cru from which these exceptional grapes are sourced. In Sicilian, the word "core" translates to "heart," symbolizing the central, vital essence of the vineyard. From above, the vineyard's unique layout resembles the shape of a heart, a natural representation of the passion and dedication that goes into the cultivation of the grapes.
For centuries, the durum wheat fields have contributed to a “natural isolation” of Montoni’s high-altitude vineyards from the rest of the landscape, creating “an island within an island,” where the ancient grape varieties are protected.

"A super-intense and aromatic wine full of fresh black pepper, blood oranges, wild strawberries, cinnamon and leesy character. Full-bodied with zesty acidity and spicy, savory flavors, silky tannins and an overall juicy style."
