Pouilly-Fuissé La Grange Murger
These old Chardonnay vines are planted in the southern end of Bourgogne, in one of the furthest West climats in Soultré Pouilly. La Grange Murger comes from a very small plot with east facing slopes and altitudes between 250-500 meters, higher than other Bourgogne AOCs ensuring freshness in the wine.

- The grapes are pressed as soon as the harvest arrives at the cellar in Moulin à Vent; the press is filled by gravity. Whole bunch pressing and settling at low temperature (8°C). Slow fermentation at low temperature for about 1 month followed by malolactic fermentation over 6 months. The wine is aged for 15 months in 50% oak barrels and 50% in stainless steel.

Very elegant and linear, the wine presents expressive aromas of citrus fruits, herbs, and white flowers, such as jasmine, underlined, saline notes appear on the finish.
