COLOR: delicate pink color reminiscent of pink coral, characterized by a fine, creamy and persistent perlage, with delicately orange and grey tones
NOSE: refined notes of rose, lily of the valley, touches of fresh citrus fruit, a slight vinosity and is evocative of wild strawberries
PALATE: complex and inviting, with great sapidity. The wine is compact, elegant and pleasingly quaffable.

Nicely balanced, with lightly sweet red cherries and some peach-skin and floral notes. Playful, mouth-filling froth and clean, compact fruit on the finish.

Jeio (By Bisol1542) Prosecco Rosé DOC — 2020 – VinePair – 90 Points
There is a nice, palate-cleansing salinity in this wine. It smells like rose petals and raspberries. The bubbles are subtle and fluttering. The palate is lean but with a grip around the edges. This is a great wine for welcoming guests or to drink with brunch.
