Domaine du Roc des Boutires
Pouilly-Fuissé
The flagship wine of the Domain, sitting in the heart of the appellation with low yielded “vielles vignes” located at the southern end of Bourgogne.
This wine derives from various different terroirs including ‘La Roue’, ‘En Champ Roux’,
‘Les Chataigniers’, ‘Aux Chailloux’ all with deep soils, derived from residual chalky clay. ‘Barvay’ with shallow soils, derived from hard limestone. ‘Aux Combes’ with silty-clay soils and little stony soil. ‘Les Lites’with soils derived from marl, and limestone. ‘Vers Cras’with Clay-limestone soils. About 60% of the grapes harvested are owned by the Domaine and about 40% are sourced in Fuissé and Solutré-Pouilly.

"A gentle nose of citrus pith, chamomile, and white tea sets a quiet, refined tone. Medium bodied, the palate is all about saline minerality. Understated yet precise, this is a highlighter wine—ideal for boosting umami-rich dishes where its subtle complexity enhances without overpowering. No need for extra seasoning; the wine carries the lift."
