In addition to their commitment to quality, Arnaldo Caprai is recognized for its dedication to environmental, economic and social sustainability. The “New Green Revolution,” a project developed in 2008 by Marco and his team, is dedicated to the continual research of innovative technologies to develop modern agricultural techniques and create a more sustainable viticulture program, without requiring organic or biodynamic production systems. Key areas of implementation include: limitation on use of pesticides, CO2 emissions monitoring, increasing vineyard biodiversity, and adherence to sustainable social and environmental practices.
