Champagne Gosset21 Ans de Cave a Minima Extra Brut — NVJeb Dunnuck93
"Pouring a mature golden/straw color, the NV Champagne 21 Ans Extra Brut is aged for 21 years and is 57% Chardonnay and the rest Pinot Noir. It’s mature but not over developed, with notes of honeycomb, beeswax, ripe peaches, and a delicate reductive note with aromas of fresh rained-on asphalt that is quite nice. The palate is chalky and long, with a refined, elegant mousse and a clean finish. Disgorged in 2022, it’s ready to enjoy now."

Champagne GossetGrand Blanc de Blancs Brut – Non-VintageJeb Dunnuck93
"A medium straw color, the NV Champagne Blanc De Blancs offers up aromas of lemon balm, white flowers, savory saline, and sweet bread dough. Medium-bodied and lively, with a pillowy mousse, a chalky texture, and a clean, powdery finish, it’s going to show its best over the next 10 years."

Champagne GossetGrand Rosé Brut – Non-VintageJeb Dunnuck92
"Composed of 48% Chardonnay, 36% Pinot, and the rest Meunier, with 2019 as its base, the bright pale salmon-colored NV Champagne Grand Brut Rosé is fresh and fruity on the nose, with notes of peach candies, fresh strawberries, white flowers, grapefruit, and wet stone. Spritely and medium-bodied, it’s fully dry and zippy on the palate, with a pillowing mousse, a much more citrus-inflected profile, and a clean, bright finish. Mouthwatering, with a powerful edge that implies some ageabilty, it’s going to offer a good deal of enjoyment over the coming 7-8 years. Disgorged in Spring 2023."

Champagne GossetGrande Réserve Brut – Non-VintageJeb Dunnuck91
"With the base of 2019, the NV Champagne Grande Reserve is a bright pale straw color and is forward and powerful on the nose, with slightly tarry aromas that benefit from some air on opening. It offers a lightly savory profile, with aromas of chamomile, white peach, crushed rocks, and bread dough. Medium-framed, it’s approachable and appealing, with a frothy mousse and a clean, delicately tapering finish. Drink now or over the next 4-6 years."
